gerd or something else?

i was diagnosed with gerd (barrett esop)back in may 2000.never had any heartburn ,symptoms are chest discomfort that goes to my back sometimes left arm and neck.i have been taking ppi's and h2 blocker with very little help.but for almost a week now all the symptoms have gotten bad, i also get headache now.in july 2000 i had an ecg,blood test,x-ray and a treadmill stress test all were negative.in dec 2000 i went to cardiologist and did another treadmill and echo both were negative too.my quetion is are these symptoms from GERD or something else ? or do i need to see another cardiologist? PLEASE HELP .i'm 35 year old male.MANY THANKS..
