RECIENTLY been told i have reflux or gerd seems as though the flu did a job on my stomach lining sice then i have work up on occasion with acid and mild burning in the back of my throat anti acids dont help much this has been happening for a month or so isaw a doc friday and he gave me aciphex one per day to stop the acid production in my stomach i still feel the lump in my throat other wise its done the job i want to correct this now since its early any other suggestions i perfer the natural method if at all possible how do i know if this is a hernia or just a damaged stomach liling from the flu what starts this all of a sudden i dont drink coffee, soda alcohol, or smoke iam not over weight i weight 125 lbs and am 45 year old female what other side effects does this medication have i was given a paper on it only a free sample thanks for your help debra
