Gerd or not Gerd ?

I would like to ask a question whenever this is GERD or not. My symtoms are shortness of breath, some senstion or occassionaly chest paint also comes and go, very little bitter taste in mouth sometimes come and go, stomach fullness and very little nasuea. No heartburn symtoms. Have all the checks done on heart and was negative.

I have been on zantac and motilium and was cured a year ago. Now conditions going worst, now on Losec with little improvement. The shortness of breath is still there and the stomach fullness is always present especially worst after meals. Never had an endoscope done and 43 years old. Does anybody has a clue on what this is ? Went to a GI specialist and put me on Losec for two weeks to see whenever I will improve. Currently not much improvement.

Appreciate any responses out there with similar symtoms and cures. Many thanks.
