Thanks for replying to posting 14th. Feb. but I think you read it wrong. My problem was with an 'aching' throat, not tongue. My tongue and mouth feel sensitive most of the time, as if it is covered in hair. It is very irritating and nothing seems to help but it seems worse when I have all the other symptoms. Can you explain what constitutes GERD please, as it is not an expression I hear in the UK.
