Hi I get this awful pain which starts at the top of my stomach and feelslike a twisting or bad cramp and then it goes straight threw to my back and down in my arms...when its a bad one will also hurt behind breast bone.I have been having this everyday since Oct.I don't have a gallbladder,it was taken out in Nov from the same pain i still have today.Have had the scope and stomach looked fine only small hernia found.Going to be having other 2 tests soon.This is so draining on me mentally and physically and i live this every evening and go no where for fear of pain.Could this be a spasm? If so what can be done?I can't imagine going threw the rest of my life like this...it can be unbearable.I am only 41 and i can't take prilosec or prevacid,seemed to make it worse,so i take 4 zantac a day,i don't feel the heartburn just always have the bad pain at night and even wakes me up from a sound sleep.Seems it worse at night after i have the 3 meals which are small and i watch all that i eat and drink and have lost 40 lbs on this lowfat food.What could this be? All i know is since this started i have no life.Thanks
