Chest pain from GERD?

Hello, I am a 50 year old female who has been treated with Priolsec for a number of months. I have been having chest pain that starts mid sternum as a burning pain. I have all the heart tests which other than a few minor...ekg changes nothing showed up. Today was the worst for....the chest pain. It started in the center of the chest and went to the jaw. This was accompanied by some difficulty swallowing salvia and lasted for approximately 1 hour at this intensitity (sp). What else should be done? I had an upper gi two years ago that showed gastritis ?ulcer. I see my doc in two weeks for the follow-up and I want to speak intelligently about my options. Thanks
