I am suffering from pain in my left side. While I have this pain I feel bloated and am burping a lot. I also have what I can only describe as a muscle spasm in my left side. It feels as if someone is tickling me from the inside it sometimes feels like internal pins and needles its a strange sensation. These symptoms just seem to come and go, but recently they are happening often when I eat something.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
