Tried Reglan and Motilium

Well, here are my findings. I tried Reglan since my burning got so bad and my mother's shipment with the Motilium hadn't arrived yet. Reglan does to a certain extent stop the refluxing; however, it empties the stomach faster than I would like, because as soon as my stomach is empty, I get the scratchy/burning again. Motilium does about 1/4 of the job Reglan does, plus it gave my spasms in my neck. I don't like the side efeects of Reglan either, dizzy, agitation, muscle weakening, and you get very tired (besides the nasty ones that are irreversable - I didn't experience those). So, I concluded to take neither one. I have found a site that talks about a limited access program for Propulsid. I had my doc call the manufacturer already and hopefully tomorrow when I see him, he will have the info on what is required to receive the pill. My Gi doc said that it is a save pill; however, too many docs prescribed it in combination with the wrong meds and that's why 80 people died (mostly heart-related). I am willing to try it though, because nothing else seems to help and surgery is out of the question for me at this point in time. I'll keep you posted.
