Anything green is the best. Broccoli, spinach, string beans, salad (if you can tolerate) kale, collards. If you don't have time to cook vegetables try any of the green drinks from the health food store. Barley Greens, Kyo-Greens. They are very alkalizing. Next would be organge vegetables, carrots, squash, sweet potatoes. It's the foods with the most color which have the most nutriants. There have been days in which I've just steamed up several different vegetables. They are very easy to digest and are so good for you. Meats, pastas, breads, milk, cheese (white foods) are very acid forming and hard to digest.
