AS I AM SURE YOU ARE AWARE,PEOPLE REACT DIFFERENTLY TO MANY FOODS. WHAT BOTHERS ONE, MAY NOT BOTHER ANOTHER. I WOULD (AND DO) AVOID THE GAS FORMING VEGIES: BROCCOLI, CAULIFLOWER, BRUSSEL SPROUTS, CABBAGE. THEY CAN BE POTENT EVEN TO A GOOD DIGESTIVE SYSTEM AT TIMES.
