Lisa, Thanks again for more info. I read some articles by Dr. Patrick Waring and chose hime as my GI doc. I have had only one appointment with him so far and he seems to be good. I have not discussed with him about the surgery. I guess he would recommend Dr. Hunter.
As far as the domperidone, you can get it from Canada.
