Hi What you might have is called a Zenkers diverticulum. It's a pouch or sac that protrudes thru the muscles surrounding the esoph. I recently had surgery to remove mine.(2 mths ago). The procedure can be done endoscopically . You will need to see an Otolaryngologist ???
