Sorry about that last post. Since i'm not sure exactly what type of motility drug you're asking about, there are a number of motility enhancers (increase stomach emptying) such as reglan (metaclopramide), motilium (domperidone), and propulsid (cisapride). For smooth muscle relaxants (for cramps, spasms, etc.) there are a number of drugs including levsin and bentyl (dicyclomine)
