I have been having no trouble worshipping the porcelain goddess since having my lap. nissen fundo a month ago... Things may not be as easy as they once were; but if I eat too much, too fast.... out it comes... Most likely the food never makes it very far;;; Yes-- there are some changes to be sure (I am still a lap nissen rookie I guess you could say);;; but the best advice I can give is eat slow, chew very very well, and have water with meals.... and yes bread seems to be a real killer
