Cheryl- I am sorry that the DGL you received had peppermint in it. I've never seen that but I know that peppermint is a no-no for those of us with GERD. The DGL brand I use is Enzymatic Therapy. They have a website www.enzy.com They do make several kinds of DGL, some with fructose to sweeten it, some that are chocolate mint (yuk!) and the kind I get, regular without fructose or any sweetener. It takes pretty nasty as first, but now I actually like the taste. Good luck!
