We've been clicking Post a few too many times, have we? ;-)
I sort of doubt that your diarrhea is due to the fundo. You probably have irritable bowel on top of everything else. I'd go back to my GI specialist and ask for assessment. You probably need a colonoscopy for starters (just what you want to hear, I know!).
In the meantime, if you haven't tried to adjust your diet to relieve some of your problems, that might help. With luck, others who've dealt with this will be able to give you better ideas on this.
