As lisa told me a month ago, these conditions breed panic. It is really hard to keep things in perspective. I have been driving my wife crazy with my worries. I search my mind for exactly when i started having heartburn, but can not reach a conclusion. I know when i gained about 30 pounds, this occured 4 years ago when I was done with college. I started working and leading a much slower lifestyle and Tums became a mainstay in my home. I have never really been bothered by it. Tums would take it right away, but now I know how dangerous it is. I think that I am dealing for the 1st time with the fact I will not live forever. I think, and I know some do not like this stuff, that being more spiritual is the way to go. Put your faith in God and let the chips fall where they may.
