Darcy, When my Mother had a stomach tumor she had no pain at all. Her only complaint was indigestion that would not go away. After no medicine worked they did an endoscopy and found what looked like and ulcer in the TOP of her stomach. Usually ulcers are in the bottom so they did a CT scan and found the tumor on the outside eating in. I have had GERD for 10 years and have had fundoplication surgery and your symtoms sound like mine. Try not to worry about what might be and wait for the answers you will probably find you worried for nothing. GERD can affect your life in many ways. And each case is different. Good Luck!
