Sorry, I didn't see the question about how old my Mom was until after I had answered your other post. She was 64 when she had her stomach surgery. She lived to be 70 and died from colon cancer. I know how scary it is to see family members die from cancer. I have watched both of my parents die from it and it really makes you think. I know it's easier said than done but try not to worry. Maybe by the time you read this you will have had your endoscopy and will have answers to your questions.
