Hello hope welcome to the other side of life. I just came back from holidays and am feeling really well it has been 3 weeks now and I am able to eat pretty much everything again and am feeling really good. I had my 3 week check up with the doc and one question I did ask was about the gas. His answer was quite interesting he said that only about 50% of the people will regain ability to burb after the surgery. I asked him about my small burbs and he said those are bubbles that haven't made it to your stomach yet. So my experience with the gas bloating is it will come out the other end it took me about a week to feel it was mostly all gone. Having said that I still stay away from gasseous stuff as it comes out the other end and is a little uncomfortable. So in conclusion this to will pass. HAPPY FARTING
