I've been on 40mg of Nexium for 8 months now and have found it quite successful.I haven't really experienced any side effects either. However it doesn't stop my nausea which is really bad I'm on 10 mg 3x a day of Metoclopramide. I'm also still undergoing tests as I've had digestion problems now for 3 years. I have mild reflux but my Gastro doc believes there is more going on then that. All the best to you.
