I took 40mg of Nexium for 7 weeks. I would say that my experience was successful. I went to the doctor for a constant burning in my chest. He diagnosed erosive esphagus (sp?). While I was on the Nexium, I experienced a headache for the first 2-3 days and that was about all.
I think Nexium is a great drug. I have had no problems since I stopped taking it (approx 7 weeks).
