Your symptoms are the same as mine. I get these symptoms if I take any kind of acid reducing drug, I've tried them all. It doesn't happen to alot of people but I was told that these kind of drugs were interfering with my muscle enzymes. I had all the same tests you had and nothing came up. Pain would only go away when I'd stop taking it. Eventually it started to effect my heart and it litterally made my heart almost stop. This was after I continued taking the meds when docs told me the muscle thing is a bad side effect. I live on gaviscon and crackers. My gastro doc is talking about different procedures for me to try. Hope this helps.
