The "only thing they found" is that your stomach is slow to empty?
This is a really big major deal. And unfortunately, there aren't any good/easy solutions at this minute in time. The drug propulsid was pretty much pulled off the market. Erythromycin works for some, and more importantly, grants have been funded to figure out what it is about erythromycin that causes stomach contractions and separate that from the antibiotic, but it will be years before that new option makes it into our medicine cabinets.
In women, sometimes pre-menopausal hormone fluctuations bring this on, so hormone replacement therapy can work better than any GI drug.
The scientific term is gastroparesis, so look for that in a web search. Also look under gastric motility.
You've already had a pretty good workup, so when you go shopping for a gastroenterologist, specifically look for a motility specialist, who really knows about these particular problems. It might mean driving a few hours to a teaching hospital, but it is worth it if they can really help.
