Hi!
Good luck on your surgery. I have been suffering since March. I never had heartburn before this. I started on axid, prevacid,and had a scope, then switched to nexium. Oh, I also had an u/s for gallbladder and bloodwork. Nothing helped. Finally in May had a gallbladder function test which showed that it didn't function, so I had it out. However, the pain and heartburn in three times as bad after the surgery I had on 6/27. I saw the gastro dr. who said to take nexium am and pm which by the way is not helping. I am scheduled for a 24 hr ph test on 8/7. I am just so frustrated. I am afraid to eat almost everything even though food does not seem to trigger the pain.
