Sorry to hear about your tummy inflammation (Gastritis) I too have the same problem and it stinks. No more coffee, tea, cola, alcohol, smoking, spicy and fried foods, tomatoes/sauce, etc, etc. What to eat right? LOL Basically the diet needs to be VERY bland for a few months at least. Nothing that's hard to digest, or harsh on the tummy. Good luck ;)
