It's not bad at all -- I actually enjoyed it. First, I could see proof that stuff was going on in my stomach during the test, and second, I sort of got a kick out of seeing strangers give me funny looks when I ran errands during the test. I guess they probably thought I was horribly sick or something. (And, well, I was, but not the way they thought!)
Be sure to live as normally as you can that day, so that you're tested under your normal circumstances. Don't just go home and sit, in other words, unless that's how you spend your time normally.
