If you're willing to travel, I highly recommend Dr. C. Daniel Smith, Chief of Gastrointestinal and General Surgery at Emory University Hospital in Atlanta. Hopefully, he will be within your medical plan.
Emory is a world-class hospital and Dr. Smith is considered by many to be one of the leading laproscopic gastrointestinal surgeons in the world.
