Charla, please don't try to mimic what others here do. Our situations are all different.
In my case, I never had to eat anything to bring on big-time reflux. I had no esophagus, so reflux was a given regardless of what I did. Not even sure that we needed to do a pH test in my case, in fact, but it's called being thorough, and I appreciate that.
Live your normal life the day you have the test, and you'll be fine. You want HONEST answers (or at least I hope you do). That's how you'll get them.
