Hello,

Just had a quick question. I have seen some people talking about digestive enzymes helping with their GERD symptoms. I know that these are not for everyone but I was interested in trying to see if they would help my condition. The one thing I am worried about is that it might cause my reflux to increase and cause another GERD attack. I tried taking a fiber supplement a couple of weeks ago and it doubled my reflux and made my GERD worse so I am worried about trying new things that may or may not help. Should I try to take these digestive enzyms to see if I am one who can benefit from these ? My doctor is against any natural cures for GERD so I am on my own on this one. Any help or info would be appreciated. Take care.
