ok i had surgery back in jan. 2002 and about 5 weeks ago i threw up, and now i'm having pains like i did before with the hernia and the gerd. the surgery was that they wrapped part of my stomach lining around my esophugus. now the question is ===is it possible to tear that when i got sick?---i go for an upper gi the 30 th of may
