About two years ago I met a man on this message board that could start the heart palpitations anytime he chose just by swallowing or I think even bending over. We communicated with an Electrophyisologist that presented a couple of theories as to why this would occur. I will have to search through the archive but I think I still have the information and will e-mail it to you later today. Hopefully I will also have contact information for the person that was having the palpitations as well.
I had palpitations after eating but when I started taking Prilosec 20mg a day they along with the heartburn, shortness of breath and non-productive cough went away.
