Yes, I can help. Get a Gastrointerologist to do an endoscopy of your throat and esophageal regions. Then when they, with your doctor, recommend the proper medical approach.........do what they say. It's that easy.
They should recommend a GERD diet suited for you. If not go to "Google" do a search for "GERD diets" and see what you find. Follow the diet to a tee for best results.
