Sounds like you're doing pretty well, all things considered! Hang in there and you'll see improvements. Recovery for me was woefully slow, and I used to track change by the month rather than by the day or week. Today, I am A-OK, and you'll get there too!
I think your description of the burp pressure as a time that reflux would have happened pre-fundo is a good one. I'll bet that's exactly right.
