I thought "pyloroplasty" is used to widen one's stomach, what does this have to do with "preventing acid going into the esophagus"?(forgive me, I'm no doctor) Also, how is the "re-tighten" of his wrap done? does he have a hiatal hernia? My surgeon says that can causes a wrap to come loose with age.
