OK. I've had chronic gastritis since last year. I've been off all meds now for about two months and am improving I would say about 90%. It took a LOT to get to where I am today. A LOT! I've come down with a bad bronchial infection and called up my GP who knows my WHOLE history to call in a script. Something VERY mild and the women completely agreed. MILD. So I pick up the script and it's amoxicillin 500 MG THREE times a DAY! NOW, that's not mild to me. So do I not take it and let my lungs fall out, or do I take uit and have my stomach COMPLETELY fall out? This stufgf is going to set me back SOOOOOOOOO FAR, I just know it will. My appt. with the GI is Monday. Should I not take them and wait to see what he thinks? I'm lost here. It's all a catch 22.
