Even though I am having a horrible week with my stomach I did have some great news this week. My wife is pregnant with our first child. Unfortunately she is starting to get horrible indigestion with any foods that she eats. Currently she is taking Tums. Are these safe to take ? What is the best Antacid and of course least harmful to take when she has indigestion/heartburn. Any information would be helpful.
