Hi Sandy,
I'm wondering where you heard that you could actually "absorb bile"? Bile (and stomach acid) are necessary to not only aid in the digestive process, but to kill off parasites and other "bugs" in the stomach and intestines. The only thing I ever heard of that can keep acid from refluxing badly are all the PPI's, H2 blockers. Then, there's the possible help of a CCK antagonist such as Alprazolam or other anti anxiety meds which can help "curb" undue amounts of bile. I've never heard of something actually "absorbing" this.
