AM, The muscle relaxer is flexiril at 10 mg. but I only take half the pill. It is pretty heavy duty and will knock you out so I can only take it night. Although it helps with the spasms I still have the blasted burn at night. I have a small hernia also. You said you don't have any burn - what other symptoms do you have besides the spasms?
