Hi RMW,
If you do some searching for "Coxsackie Virus" "Apthous Stomatitis" and "helicobacter" you may see some symptoms that resemble your complaints.
If you have been on long term antibiotics without taking any anti yeast measures like diflucan, or probiotics, acidopholus etc. you might find it helpful.
