I Pearl. I am considering this myself. I am a GERD newbie, just going on my 5th month here, but I have daily symptoms. I am having manometry on Sept 24, and a surgical workup and if the doc gives the green light I should be getting the Endocinch in the middle of October. Please keep us posted.
