If I were you this is what I would do. Take the diagnoses into consideration from the ENT, but the NEXT step should be taking that diagnosis to a gastroenterologist for a second opinion. Not saying ENT's are incompotent, but a gastroeneterologist would know "Much Better". Also, I have a lot of the symptoms you do, and my ENT said it was post nasal drip. PND canm cause much of the symptoms you describe, so it's VERY important to get a diagnosis of reflux by a GI. If you "Don't" have reflux, the PPI's can actually cause your stomach to burn and have an adverse affect. Definitely see a GI! It's the safest way to a correct diagnosis of GERD.
