Hi Lisa I have a terrible phobia to medication just like you, i wouldn't take anything stronger than a tylenol, so i did the logical thing to me and had a non medicated endoscopy, almost two weeks ago now. It's not bad at all, just focus and breathe and put yourself on a white sandy beach or something. You should consider trying it, it's really a breeze.
