Hi John,
I know you posted to Thistle, but I thought I'd jump in here. Yes, after the Nissen (Not sure about the Hill), the stomach is 15 - 20 percent smaller (it will normally expand over time), so anything hard to digest might sit there for a few hours!! Generally, anything that is easy to pass the New LES will be easier to digest. ;-)
