I know what you are talking about. I feel the same lump that I try to cough up and then either swallow or spit out but it never works. That can turn into choking panic especially during the sleep. Nights can be a hell. I just saw a doctor 10 days ago and he gave me Zantac - 2X daily. It does not work, so we'll go Omeprazol next week. Do you feel as having a sore throat? I do. Good luck
