Most likely (I'm a Niseen person and can't speak directly, however.) Please stop and think about what you're expecting of yourself -- you just had your GI system rearranged, and you want everything back to normal this fast? It can't happen. Given yourself another month or two before you freak out.
Worrying is VERY normal, of course! But not necessary.
