Does Nexium help gallbladder problems?

I've had bad stomach pains, nausea and vomiting for 2 years. Nexium does reduce the nausea and pain to some extent, but the pain is still there constantly even though I'm taking 40mg Nexium daily. Anyone with gallbladder problems - did Nexium lessen your pain (even just a bit) or did it make no difference?
