Sup T? Welcome,

I've been around here for months , you'll like it. OR, maybe you won't like hearing a lot of real honest feedback from guys like me who'll tell ya ......."ya gotta give up drinking alcohol AND coffee! " I've had nothing to do with them since my recovery process from GERD symptoms, one of the many being the mouth stuff you've described.

You've got to give up all the bad crap like the drinking the acid-laden and toxic drinks mentioned above and a bunch of other "trigger" things like smoking, overeating spicy foods, tomatoes, high acid fruits, high carbs, etc., etc. (there's a search you can do for the "no no foods").

Suffice it to say, I suffered for 5 solid years with GERD so badly that I ended up in the ER more times than I care to remember thinking I was dying. The symptoms you're speaking of are early warning for greater pain ahead. Get a scope done. Get a GOOD, caring , listening pro that will actually "OBSERVE" you and follow what your body is trying to tell you.

Later,

geeDub
