Spasms or something else?

My painful GERD symptoms have been under control from the past few weeks. I do continue to have belching and gas occationally but no where near what has gone on in the past. I currently have strange pains(?), spams(?), or flutters(?) to the left of the sternum at the bottom of the rib cage and strange feelings up the throat to the jaw area none what you would call pain. A recent stress test showed an unusual heat beat during the test, the doctor and nurse call the rhythim tripta something. A follow up echo revealed nothing and the doctor attributed the unusal rhythim to stress and or caffeine. I am on Prevacid and Reglan. These sensations continue. I don't know if this is GERD related, or something else. Any hints?
