Have you ever heard of people with gerd having irritable bowel (pain in the abdomen) I have lost 20 lbs due to the gerd and irritable bowel. I have a fear of eating since the acid reflux was so bad. It seems to be quieting down now that I am not eating so much. I am trying to eat no fat foods. I mostly want to know if the les valve is stuck open, does it mean it is eaten away by acid?
